MClinPsy, PhD, LMISA, MCMA, MCOSH

Korean Medicine & Wellness Coaching

Iya is a holistic practitioner and teacher. She has over 25 years of experience working with families and high achievers, such as pilots, surgeons and astronauts, finding wellbeing and healing techniques specific to environments with limited resources, whether travelling the world with family or on a space mission. Iya has been to Latvia, Dubai, Cyprus, Australia, Nepal, UK and South and North America to acquire qualifications, learning first-hand from experts in their fields of therapy for the body, mind and spirit. Iya’s experience started from an intuitive knowledge of the scientific mind on to the ancient knowledge of healing which is imbedded in all of us, passed down through generations, using the tools at our fingertips and in our heart.

Iya is passionate about identifying, restoring and balancing practices that empower every individual to learn to heal themselves with support through the healing journey when required. The more time passes, the more she weaves these practices together, uncovering how they complement each other – creating the most suitable atmosphere and healing path for each client’s unique journey.

WHAT IYA CAN TREAT

  • Physical aches and pains or movement restrictions – free from pain and learn how to reduce and manage discomfort, e.g. runners, cyclists, dentists, musicians and office workers.
  • Emotional heartache, repeating situations, lacking in self-confidence, feeling that something is not right, but cannot understand what it might be or looking for and navigating your true path – learning to be content with the past, being happy in the present, and welcoming to future opportunities.
  • Deeper spiritual discovery and realisation of who we are and why we are here – enjoy the creation of your own path.
