Celebrating Community at the Stillpoint Bath Happy Baby Festival
What an incredible day we had at the Stillpoint Bath Happy Baby Festival! Bringing together local families, expert practitioners, and independent businesses, the festival was a wonderful celebration of support, connection, and community for parents and babies across Bath.
One of the highlights of the day was our charity raffle, which raised an amazing £700 for Babycheck Bath. We are so grateful to everyone who bought raffle tickets, donated prizes, and supported this fantastic cause. Your generosity will help Babycheck Bath continue providing invaluable support to local families.
Throughout the day, parents had the opportunity to hear from a fantastic range of specialists, with informative talks covering many of the topics that matter most during the early years. We welcomed infant feeding consultants, osteopaths, pelvic health physios, experienced midwives, sleep consultants and the team from Mini First Aid, all of whom shared practical advice, expert knowledge, and reassurance for families navigating life with little ones.
The festival wasn’t just about learning—it was also about having fun. Our Hartbeeps play zone was a huge hit, giving babies and toddlers a chance to explore, play, and enjoy sensory activities while parents connected with one another.
Visitors also enjoyed browsing beautiful plants for sale, treating themselves to delicious homemade cakes, and taking time to enjoy some incredible Indian food that kept everyone well fed throughout the day. The mix of learning, refreshments, and family-friendly activities created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged everyone to stay, chat, and make the most of the event.
Events like the Happy Baby Festival remind us just how special our local community is. From the generosity shown through the raffle to the willingness of professionals to share their expertise, every part of the day reflected the shared goal of supporting families during one of life’s most important journeys.
