- Booking and Payments

3.2 Online Booking and Payment
- You will be required to pay in full when booking online.
- Payments are processed securely using third-party payment providers.
- Once payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
- If payment fails or is not completed, your booking may not be confirmed.
3.3 Fees

- Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect confirmed bookings.
3.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
- If you’ve paid online and cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit.

- Late Arrivals
Please arrive for your appointment in good time, allowing plenty of time for traffic& parking. If you arrive late for your treatment, your session will likely be shortened and the full fee will still apply.
- Private Health Insurance
If you wish to try and claim for your treatments under your PHI cover please check with your insurer and organise your treatment authorisation before booking. You will need to pay for your treatments here and then claim back the cost from your PHI cover. We can provide receipts for your treatments.
- Health and Safety
- Our therapies are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical care.
- If you are unsure whether a therapy is right for you, please consult your GP or healthcare provider first.
- Your health and personal information is treated confidentially in accordance with UK data protection laws.
