(Updated 27-03-2020)

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff.

As Allied Health Professionals, osteopaths are still able to keep their clinics open, but the latest NHS guidance is that this should be for urgent appointments only.

We are following strict government guidelines for health care premises so we are triaging all patients by phone.

The advice is that you must stay at home if you or someone in your household has any of the following:

  • FEVER
  • NEW COUGH

If you have symptoms, you should stay at home for seven days. You should stay at home for 14 days if anyone in your household has had these symptoms.

We cannot see anyone who has had an NHS letter informing them they are in a HIGH-RISK CATEGORY – you must stay at home for 12 weeks.

If you do visit the clinic, you will be asked to sanitise your hands on entering and again on leaving the premises.

We will endeavour to stay open to help with any urgent patient needs whilst taking the utmost care with infection protocols – these clinics are limited.

If you have an urgent issue, please phone and leave a message on the clinic answerphone. There is no reception staffing at the moment, but we will try to answer your call within 24 hours.

We hope that this situation will soon pass and that we will be able to offer our normal professional services to everybody!

May you all stay healthy.
